Q. -	At the auction, am I provided with a list of all the items?
A. -	Sorry, item lists are not provided at our auctions.

Q. -	Can I make a RESERVE bid?
A. -	RESERVE bids are not permitted at our auctions.

Q. -	What is a NON-RESERVE bid?
A. -	A NON-RESERVE bid means you cannot purchase an item and leave it at the auction, you must pick it up before the closing time stated or otherwise.

Q. -	Can I return an item after purchase?
A. -	All items are non-returnable.

Q. -	Do the items at the auction come with a warranty?
A. -	Only Electronic Items and Mattresses come with warranties.

Q. -	How can I pay for my item?
A. -	We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard. In some cases a cheque will be acceptable.

Q. -	Is there help for me to load my item into my vehicle?
A. -	If you require assistance loading your item to take home, help will be available but not until after the auction is over at the stated or posted time.
