If you've never been to one of our auctions before you'll need to know some things before you attend. This page is a How-To of our auctions with information you'll need to know such as registering as a bidder, the steps required to get final sale and payment methods you can use at our auctions.

  1. All bidders must register before the auction. By accepting a registered bid number, each buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with and be bound by such terms and conditions of the sale posted on the auction premises or announced before and/or during the sale.

  2. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect, or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer/Auction Company in respect of any such faults or errors.

  3. Purchasers are responsible to inspect all items as there could be rips, tears, burns, scratches, dents, chips, cracks or any kind of damages.

  4. Each item is sold "AS IS, AS SEEN" WITH ALL ERRORS OF DEFECTS, and with all errors of description.

  5. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the item or lot in dispute may be re-offered for sale. In all cases the Auctioneer’s decision is final.

  6. The highest bidder is granted title to each lot as soon as the Auctioneer declares "sold". It shall be the Responsibility OF THE PURCHASER to insure his/her purchases immediately as such purchases remain at the risk of the purchaser as soon as the auctioneer says sold. The BUYER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY for all lots left on the premises; including loss from fire, theft, damage, or any other cause. The Auctioneer/Auction Company is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the buyer or his/her agents when removing the lot(s) from the site. The buyer also agrees to indemnify, and save harmless the Auctioneer/Auction Company for any loss, damage or injury suffered while on the auction site.

  7. The successful bidder is bound to pay for all lots purchased by him/her. The bidder shall be liable for the payment of the purchase price. PLUS A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAXES with respect to any and all lots for which the bidder was successful. All payments must be made by Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard. No exceptions. THE BIDDER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ALL ITEMS.

  8. The buyer agrees that the purchase is not complete and/or accurate until the Auctioneer/Auction Company can review all transactions to ensure each purchase is correctly transferred to the final invoice. In the event of any deficit/surplus, the buyer authorizes the Auctioneer/Auction Company to debit/credit their credit card or bring account balance to zero.

  9. The purchaser shall not be entitled to possession of any lot(s) purchased until his/her invoice has been paid in full.

  10. All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale. If the purchaser fails to remove the lot(s) within the specified time, the lot(s) shall be deemed abandoned. The Auctioneer/Auction Company, at their sole discretion, may dispose of the lot(s) or remove and store said lot(s) at the purchaser's sole risk and additional expense.

  11. Interest at the rate of 24% per annum will be charged on overdue accounts owing to the Auctioneer/Auction Company.

  12. People attending the auction do so at their own risk. The Auctioneer/Auction Company accepts no responsibility for any injuries, death, damage or property losses which may occur, for any reason, including negligence of the Auctioneer/Auction Company, their agents, employees or principals.

  13. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read and is satisfied with the English version of the "TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION SALE".

  14. All deposits are Non-refundable.

  15. The sale is subject to Additions and Deletions.

  16. SOME ITEMS (I.E. SOFA SETS, MATRESS/BOX SPRING SETS MAY BE SOLD AS "I BID EQUALS 2 OR 3 TIMES THE MONEY" MEANING WHEN THE FINAL BID IS TAKEN ON THIS ITEM, THE BIDDER WILL OWE THE WINNING AMOUNT, TIMES THE NUMBER OF PIECES IN THE SET.
